2) Objective behind processing your personal data and legal grounds for data processing

Your personal data shall be processed for several different purposes because you are our contractor being a physical person, our contact person at our contractor’s or potential contractor’s. Therefore, we shall process your data in order to:

  • contact you in order to correctly perform the agreement concluded with you as our contractor being a physical person. Legal grounds for processing your data are formed by Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (namely processing is necessary to perform the agreement to which you are a party or to take action on your request before conclusion of such agreement), Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (namely processing is necessary to fulfil our legal obligation, such as archiving, fiscal, tax obligation), and Article 9(1)(f) GDPR (namely legally justified interest consisting in possibility of defence against claims or pursuing claims). In such a case, you provide the data on voluntary basis, yet this is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the Agreement.
  • contact you as regards current issues, including performance of agreements between us and your employer/entity represented, presenting offers, receiving requests, replying to inquiries. Legal grounds for data processing are formed by our legally justified interest consisting in the capacity of continuous contact with our contractors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • provide other information about our business and possible forms of cooperation with us. Legal grounds for data processing are formed by our legally justified interest consisting in maintaining relations with employees and co-workers of our contractors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • defend against possible claims or pursue possible claims related to the agreement with the entity you work with or represent, namely our contractor – in the event of any dispute regarding the agreement. Legal grounds for data processing are formed by our legally justified interest consisting in the capacity to defend ourselves against claims or pursuing claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3) Data source

We have obtained your data either directly from you or from your employer/entity represented. From your employer/entity represented, we receive such data as your full name, business phone number and e-mail address, place of work, function, or information about the issues you deal with.

4) Period of your personal data storage

We shall process your personal data during the term of performing the agreement concluded by you or your employer/entity represented, and for the period where claims can be raised in respect thereto.

5) Recipients of your personal data

Your personal data can be handed over to our suppliers in charge of services related to personal data processing, such as IT or legal services. Such entities process data pursuant to generally applicable legal regulations and agreements with us exclusively according to our instructions.

6) Your rights related to personal data processing

You shall have the following rights related to personal data processing:

  • objection against processing of your personal data due to special situation – in cases where we  process your data pursuant to our legally justified interest,
  • access to your personal data,
  • request to correct your personal data,
  • request to remove your personal data,
  • request to limit processing of your personal data.
